At Kinsol Kennels we strive to place the right puppy in the right home. So the more information you provide to us the easier that is. Some of these questions might seem extensive, please understand that we view these puppies as members of our family and it is important that they are sent somewhere we feel to homes where they will thrive and flourish. We are also completing your family so it is also important for you to get the best puppy for you!

Tell us about your family. This is a great opportunity to share family dynamics like blended family, number of children, child-free home, retired couple, anyone with disabilities, etc.

Tell us about your living situation. Do you live in a condo, farm, fenced back yard, etc.

How did you hear about the Blue Picardy Spaniel and why are you interested in welcoming one into your home? *

What is your experience with dogs? How many have you had, what breeds, first time owner, etc. *

Have you ever raised a new puppy? Please don't include your parents raising one in your home when you were younger. *

Have you ever surrendered a dog to a shelter or returned one to the breeder? If so, please describe circumstances. *

Our puppies are required to receive training of some kind. Do you plan on doing any organized activities (obedience, hunting, dock diving, agility, conformation, etc) or are you experienced enough to provide training on your own (please elaborate)?

How do you intend to get your puppy to their new home?

If your puppy will be alone in the home for any length of time (working and school), how do you plan on handling the puppy's day? Dog walker, doggy daycare, crated at home, etc. *

What are your feelings regarding crate training?

Describe the activity level in your home. Hiking, running, camping, couch potatoes, etc. *

Do you have a vet in mind and are they willing to work with you regarding limited vaccinations?
