3. Have you had dogs in your past? Do you presently have any pets? If yes, please elaborate (breed, what happened to them, how old, etc).

4. Do you personally know, or are you familiar with, a Finnish Spitz? (Friend have one, saw them ata dog show, etc.) If not, have you researched the breed?

5. What characteristics of the Finnish Spitz are you excited about?

6. Do you already have a vet picked out? Are they a believer in limited vaccinations or are willing to work with you with limited vaccinations?

7. What do you, or are you planning to, feed your dog(s)? *

8. Are you planning to do any organized activities with your Finnish Spitz? (Agility, hunting, confirmation shows, obedience, etc)

9. How active is your lifestyle? (Runner, hiker, couch potato, etc) *

10. If no one is home with your dog, how will you handle this? Please include any time you expect to be away for extended periods, like an eight hour work day. (Crated, neighbour looking after them, doggy daycare, left in back yard, etc) *
